Bonito Ecotel - Bonito (Mato Grosso do Sul)

We couldn't have been happier with this hotel. From the really good breakfast to the helpful and hospitable staff, everything was perfect. The location was also great, allowing us easy access to transportation and the city's attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was great. We especially appreciated the parking options available to guests.

The staff at this hotel really made my business trip enjoyable. They were so hospitable and accommodating, making sure all of my needs were met during my stay. the breakfast options were fantastic and really helped me start my day off on the right foot. the location of the hotel was also great, providing easy access to all of the places I needed to go. the room was very comfortable and had all of the amenities I needed to get work done.

I understand that this is a common issue in tourism in this area and it didn't detract too much from my overall experience.

This hotel has a great location and wonderful infrastructure. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay with renovated rooms that have excellent facilities. In the morning, you can savor the good breakfast options and start your day feeling energized. the staff provides excellent service and hospitality, as they go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. the view from the hotel is also worth mentioning, as it provides a breathtaking glimpse of the scenic beauty nearby.

Some staff members may face difficulty communicating in English, which may pose a challenge for international tourists.

The breakfast was very good, offering a decent variety. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the nice pool area. the hotel was in a great location, close to many shops and restaurants.

The staff did not speak much English, which made communication difficult. the wifi was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay.
